Gray & Creech Office Systems now Carries Sharps award winning line of Copiers and MFP’s

We are pleased to announce that on June 1st, 2010 Gray & Creech Office Systems of the Triad, has been authorized to sell the Sharp line of copiers and multifunctional units; big and small. We could not resist adding the Sharp MFP’s to our lineup especially after winning best office line of the year 2009.

Sharp is also one of the most secure copier lines in the industry, with its patented Sharp Security Kit. On the CBS nightly news program on April 15th CBS had an expose on confidential data remaining on copiers and how easy it was for this information to fall in the wrong hands. Sharp CEO was the only Copier manufacture representative to be interviewed for this show. The reason; Sharp knew of this potential problem years ago and teamed up with NSA (National Security Agency) to help with the problem. Sharps engineers work directly with counterparts at the NSA to develop its Security Kit and is the only copier company today that erases information off the hard drive 7 times.
