Step 1: Analysis

1)      Gray & Creech will meet with you to fully understand your current printer fleet and how it is currently used.

2)      Install our secure software application that will run on your network. This software solution is a one way communication that will report usage, supply needs and maintenance needs to our secure servers. The software does not pull any information about what is being printed just numbers of pages printed, toner levels, and manufacture codes from the printing device.

3)      We will analyze the report and give you a cost savings bid on your current fleet. We will also help to optimize the printer fleet by moving faster and more robust printers to where they’re needed and weaker printers to less needed spots.

Step 2: Report and Optimize

1)      Gray & Creech will provide a cost per print that is lower    than what you are paying today.

2)      Gray & Creech will set all printers up to automatically order their toner and supplies.

3)      Will report on a monthly or quarterly basis all usage and any recommendations for improved work flow.

4)      Provide maintenance for any malfunctions in a fast 4 hour window.

5)      Provide additional equipment or replacement equipment
